One of our clients is the Swiss credit institution, Cembra Money Bank AG. They wanted to run a sales incentive in 2022 to improve engagement and drive revenue. The top 35 Swiss performers would be treated to a lavish British reward experience. But our client wanted every single aspect covered, from the moment their plane touched down in England to the moment it took off again.
Importantly, Cembra did not want to tie up its people in organising and running this event – their top staff simply wanted to be able to focus on entertaining their clients, and to enjoy the event as well. Yet Cembra wanted two groups to be given a faultless, luxury few days including attending the Goodwood Festival of Speed, for which high-end hospitality tickets are usually very hard to acquire.
That is exactly the sort of challenge that Salone Events enjoys. We are based near Goodwood and have a great relationship with them. That gave us the ability to ensure our Cembra guests had VIP hospitality, the best seats in the best pavilion, the best views and the best food and drink, including limitless Champagne. The top VIP clients even enjoyed a glass of that Champagne on Goodwood House Balcony, and that is something that money alone literally cannot buy.
It was a memorable day, but before it the guests had been met at Heathrow the day before to be given a luxury coach journey to Mercedes-Benz World for an exhilarating array of driving experiences, both virtual and real.
But you may be thinking that sounds a bit too action- packed for some. So Salone Events ensured there was plenty of time before and after the Goodwood experience for guests to rest, relax and enjoy fine dining at a prestigious hotel and spa deep in the countryside.
It was the most British of events, including everything from five-star afternoon tea, to a private tour of Windsor Castle to eating pub fish and chips out of newspaper.
Our professional and friendly team were there every step of the way, from greetings at the airport on arrival, to ensuring everyone was comfortably in place for the reluctant return. All Cembra staff and its clients needed to do was discuss and agree our plans then sit back and enjoy the experience. And the best part of all this?
