What is Goodwood Revival?
Goodwood Revival is an annual motorsport festival that celebrates the style, spirit and heritage of mid-20th-century Britain. It takes place at the historic Goodwood Motor Circuit in West Sussex, England, and focuses on the years 1948 to 1966 – the heyday of classic motor racing.
But it’s far more than just a vintage car event. The Goodwood. Revival is a fully immersive, period-themed celebration, where nearly everyone dresses in authentic vintage clothing, and the entire venue is transformed to reflect the post-war decades. It’s part historic race meet, part retro fashion show, and part cultural time capsule.
When and where is it held?
The Goodwood Revival typically takes place in September each year at the Goodwood Motor Circuit, located on the Goodwood Estate. The track itself is a restored racing circuit from the 1940s and 50s, adding authenticity to the whole experience.
In 2025, the Goodwood Revival will take place from 12-14 September.
