The Goodwood Revival 2021

The Goodwood Revival, an event you are truly part of!

Last Updated: June 30, 2021

There is no event like the iconic Goodwood Revival. With everyone attending the Goodwood Revival 2021 in historic clothing, the sun usually shining, and the lawns of the beautiful Goodwood Estate transformed into something from the halcyon days, it is an event where many fond memories get created.

In Goodwood’s own words – they recreate the glamour of motor racing as it used to be, the Motor Circuit comes alive for the Revival, both on and off the historic track. It is the only historic race meeting to be staged entirely in period dress. It’s a celebration of bygone days, vintage fashion and wheel-to-wheel racing around this classic circuit, which remains unchanged since its heyday.

The uniqueness about Goodwood Revival is that is isn’t just about the motorsport. Whether you are a enthusiast or not, there really is something for everyone to enjoy, including young children (kids even go free!). You don’t just attend Goodwood Revival, you are truly part of it.

What’s on at Goodwood Revival 2021

The most iconic historic racing you will ever see.

Driven by driving champions, you will get first look on hundreds of very rare vehicles as they compete for the various trophies up for grabs.

Famous drivers (and riders!)

All drivers are yet to be confirmed for the Goodwood Revival 2021, but confirmed is a return of the MotoGP legend Dani Pedrosa.

Aviation like no other

Presented by Bonhams, a selection of rarely seen pre-1966 aircrafts will be on display, both static and in the air. You can even book in advance to have a “Revival Helicopter Flight” or a “Vintage Flight Experience”

Dance all day long

Of course, Goodwood Revival would not be complete without some swing and jive! You will see groups of singers in various places around the circuit performance ad hoc performances, as well as scheduled acts on their stages. If you are feeling brave you can join in the dance!

Over the road

Cross over the bridge and you will find a huge field filled with car shows, a ballroom, an outdoor cinema, shopping, and even a fun fair! It stays open late into the night so that your day doesn’t have to end once the racing is over.

How to attend Goodwood Revival

We have many amazing experiences on offer for the Goodwood Revival 2021, although many of which are either nearly sold out or sold out! We strongly recommend attending with us in the “Goodwood Mess”. The atmosphere within the Goodwood Mess is something like no other, and with an incredible selection of food all day accompanied by free flowing drink, there is no place we would rather be then right on the start finish line.

“I booked to go to The Goodwood Revival with Salone Events. I have been before and loved it, but was always interested in some of the hospitality on offer as I often enjoy the racing and it’s nice to have somewhere to go and have a base. Bernadette talked me through the options and I decided on The Goodwood Mess. Bernadette was extremely helpful and friendly throughout and made the day so much more enjoyable than my previous experiences at Revival. Bernadette was on hand throughout the day so I was able to relax and enjoy some quality racing, metres away from the action. Incredible experience and will definitely be booking again”

To end with a quote from Roy Salvadori, British Racing Driver

“Give me Goodwood on a summer’s day and you can forget the rest of the world”
